These terms of use supersede all other terms on this site that apply
to my products, Ie: Lissalei aka Lina Conn
***COMMERCIAL USE ITEMS (EXCLUDES CLIPART - SEE BELOW) -TEXTURES, OVERLAYS,
SHAPES, BRUSHES, RECOLORABLE ITEMS, SCRAP TEMPLATES, PSP SCRIPTS
AND OTHER TOOLS:
Do Not Claim any of my products as your own.
Read the basic Terms of use on the website for further information as

All products will have the permitted use either on their preview, or
next to the preview.
DIGITAL SCRAP KITS, PAPERS, ELEMENTS OR OTHER FINISHED ITEMS:
You can use my scrap kits, papers, elements etc. to design layouts
(for yourself or for a client),
websets (for yourself or for a client), or printables.EG : completed
kits in flattened format,
cards, candy wrappers, invitations, photo albums or any item that is
flattened for you or a
client.
You cannot resell any of these items “as is” or as a commercial
use product - you must create something new with them. My artwork is
is not to be the major part of any work you create with any product,
my work is to be used to enhance YOUR work . You may use up to 30% of
any product to acomplish your derivitave work.
--No credit is required, but certainly appreciated. :)

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:
1. YOU MAY NOT PASS any product that is copyrighted to Lissalei purchased
from CREATIVE DRAWER THROUGH ANY GROUPS, FRIENDS, FAMILY, IT IS SUBLICENCED
TO YOU AND YOU ALONE. YOU ARE PERMITTED TO MAKE ONE BACKUP OF THE PRODUCT
ON ONE COMPUTER ONLY.
2 . You may NOT offer the clipart “as is”.
3 . You may NOT colorize the clipart. I reserve the right to create
collections in various colors.
4 . You may NOT create other commercial use products.This includes any
format what so ever.
5. You may not use more than 2 elements in any derivative artwork you
produce.
6. You may not use more than 30% of any single packs of overlays, backgrounds,
Pages or similar.
7.You must use my products only to enhance your art work, it is not
to be the Predominant part of any of your new work.
8. You may not combine elements form other sets to augment one derivated
art work. See below.
WHAT IS ALLOWED:
1. You may use my clipart in your scrap kits, paper packs or element
packs as long as you don’t create kits with JUST my artwork You
must create a new art work and use my work only to enhance yours.
All work must be flattened and saved as a jpeg before selling to a client.
you may not use psd layers , png files or any other format where my
work can be copied or removed and used by any person.
All work is the property of Lissalei (aka Lina Conn and Creative Drawer.com)
and is protected by International and Pan American copyright laws.
where other artists work has been used in a part of a product, all credits
will be listed at the bottom of my tous. If they have a particular term
that conflicts with my terms
their products will not be used for sale eccept according to their requests.EG
if they allow only personal use then their work will never be included
in a cu product.

Lissalei. You may provide a link to our website, if possible (somewhere
on your website). Please use this URL:

Purchase grants you the license to use my designs or tools as specified
above for one website/person (you may not redistribute the original
files). A fee may apply, so please contact me with details of your requested
usage.
The copyright still remains with Lissalei and wwwcreativedrawer.com.
I want you to be able to use my designs if possible, so if you don't
see your particular use listed here or have any questions,
We are liberal in our policies and have a licence to cover other forms
of usage.
